GETTING STARTED

Thank you for your interested in becoming an authorized MW Lighting distributor. To get started MW Lighting will require the following:

  • A valid state issued resellers permit for electrical and lighting products

  • Completed California Resale Certificate (CA Resellers Only)

PAYMENT TERMS

MW Lighting accepts credit cards, business checks, ACH/Wire Transfer, Zelle and credit net terms. For business checks, please allow checks to be processed before shipping. Net credit terms are only available upon approved credit, please allow 2-3 weeks for review. Purchasers are responsible for any returned check fees or legal fees due to failure of payment.

MW Lighting reserves the right to refuse credit to anyone.

 

FREIGHT AND SHIPPING TERMS

Shipping fee will be charged separately from the products cost. MW Lighting accepts customers use their own carrier of shipping. Local (Los Angeles) customers may qualify for FREE delivery. All items that are available in local stock and are ready to ship or will call the same day (orders have to be confirmed before 1PM). However, MW Lighting shall not be held liable for any delay in shipping or handling of goods.

 

PURCHASING TERMS & PRICES

There is no minimum purchase requirement on orders and doesn’t not charge extra fees for drop shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Special Order Items

All items not listed on the price sheet are considered special order. For more details on placing a special order, please contact your account executive for our Special-Order form or contact MW Lighting Customer Service at info@mwledlighting.com.

 

RETURN POLICY

All wholesale orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged without proper reasons. We only accept returns the products that have manufacturer defects or seller error.

Any defective products must be returned with in the warranty period provide by MW Lighting. Please see warranty policy for more details or contact MW Lighting Customer Services at info@mwledlighting.com. If the product is covered by warranty period, we will replace them for you for free once product(s) is received; if the product(s) is discontinued item refunds shall be issued in the form of a store credit only.

 

WARRANTY POLICY

If a MW Lighting product fails to operate during the warranty period as a result of manufacture defects, MW Lighting will, at its option, replace it with the same or like product at no charge.

MW Lighting reserves the right to replace the defective products with a different product if defective product has been discontinued or is not available. Some products have different warranty policy. Most of our LED lighting fixtures have 5 years manufacture warranty. MW Lighting will require a proof of purchase for all replacements.
