1.WARRANTY COVERAGE:

MW Lighting Inc. warrants its products against manufacturing defects. To qualify for warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be purchased from an authorized MW Lighting Inc. distributor.
• The product must bear authentic MW Lighting Inc. markings.
• The product must be used in accordance with the installation standards of the National Electric Code.

2.WARRANTY DURATION:

Our warranty coverage extends for a specified period, as stated below:

LED Lighting Fixtures: 5-year limited warranty

EXIT & EMERGENCY LIGHTING: 3-year limited warranty

3. WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCESS:

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered in the warranty, MW Lighting Inc. will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product with the same or a similar model. MW Lighting reserves the right to replace the defective products with a different product if the defective product has been discontinued or is not available. Pease contact our Customer Support team. They will guide you through the warranty claims process, which may involve providing proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

4. WARRANTY RESOLUTION:

If a product is determined to be defective and covered under the warranty, MW Lighting Inc. will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product with the same or a similar model. The repaired or replaced product will continue to be covered by the remaining duration of the original warranty.

EXCLUSIONS:

Our warranty does not cover any labor costs, shipping expenses, installation fees, or any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. MW Lighting Inc.’s liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.

The warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from improper use, installation not in accordance with the National Electric Code, unauthorized repairs or modifications, accidents, negligence, or any actions not in compliance with our provided instructions. The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, or damages caused by external factors beyond our control.
